Blessing thru Abundance - Sundays 4:00pm
Led by Paula Dytzel
How many of you have ever said "If I had a million dollars, I could help so many people?" How many of u have ever had someone hand you that million dollars? Exactly. So, we put the thought in the back of our minds and go on with life. Phil 2:3-4, says that we are to bless and help others: "Do nothing from rivalry or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of u look not only to his own interests, but also to the interest of others". Guess what? If u earn an average of $33,000 a year, during a 30 year work span, from, say, 25 to 55, u will have earned that $1,000,000. But, you ask: How can we bless others with what we have now? My Life group is Blessing thru Abundance. We will be learning how to create an abundance for ourselves thru giving, tithing, couponing, creating, and stewardship. We will then use this abundance to bless others at different times during our lifegroup, because Deut. 8:17-18 says: "You may say to yourself, " My power and the strength of my hands have produced this wealth for me. But, remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms and establishes His covenant and kingdom which He swore to your ancestors, as it is today"
