Pastor Kris has been the Senior Pastor of Victory Church since July of 2003. Pastor Kris has a rich heritage of gospel music through his family, "The Happy Goodman Family." He is a man in pursuit of knowing God's heart for loving, teaching and reaching people for Jesus Christ. Kris and his wife Allison and their three children: Daniel, Samuel and Lauren faithfully serve here at Victory Church in their hometown of Madisonville, KY.

Allison began leading worship and writing songs when she was 19. It has been a constant passion and ministry throughout her life. She loves leading the worship at Victory Church, ministering along side her husband, Pastor Kris, and raising their 3 beautiful children.More on Pastor Kris

| Mr. Kevin has had over 20 years of experience working with children and youth at 4H camps. He has been in Children’s Ministry at Victory for over 10 years. He enjoys illustrated messages with children K-5 on Sunday Mornings. |

| Kevin has been the Jr. High Pastor at Victory for over 6years. He has a great team of adult core leaders that assist Him. His love for the great outdoors and God’s creation inspires many of his messages. He is truly called to this ministry! He is married to Kathy Fox. |

| Beginning Dec. 2010, Allison serves as our interim youth pastor with a core team of 10 leaders. Having worked alongside youth for years, she is enjoying this time of leadership transition. Looking forward to more great things the Lord has for the youth of our church and in our city. Thanks go out to Anthony & Leigh Brown who have stepped down due to baby #3! Glad you’re still on the core team! |
